Default help!!

i own a 2002 A6 3.0. radio, headlights, foggers, wipers,AC vents and signals, all have no function. i checked fuses. they look fine. is there an additional fuse box or relay carrier that would work these? if so, where is it located? also i noticed that the fuse panel on the left hand side of the steering wheel, does not hold a fuse for the radio. it has a place for it but when i tried installing one i noticed that it has no brass holding clips like the rest. any help is appreciated,

i did. i only found the computer compartment and battery. i removed the entire trim. does this sound like a fuse/relay problem? any other ideas?
