HELP! Tire is touching wheel well after hitting crub
It was misting outside and I was on my way home after getting some delicious tacos, when curving left under the highway at like 10 mph and basically just slid into the curb. Luckily there is no body/paint damage aside from some gnarly curb rash on the front passenger side rim and I'm pretty sure either the strut, control arm, or knuckle is bent. **** my life I already know this is going to cost me an arm and a leg At least the tacos were damn good and filled me up for an hour Oh yeah, and my torque wrench that came with the car (used) doesn't fit onto my lug nuts. What kind of **** is that? Is there anybody who could provide me knowledge on this subject. If so, that would be much appreciated

VX, welcome aboard!
The wheel is held on with 5 lug bolts. (You need to remove the little plastic covers at the end of each lug bolt to gain access to the 17mm head.)

If the tire is rubbing, you probably have some mechanical damage. I believe the bolt size calls for a 14mm socket. Bolt torque should be set to 90 foot lbs.

Thanks for the tip uberwgn!
@snagitseven the tire is rubbing against the wall of the wheel well. It's visually obvious that something is bent. Going to take it to an local alignment shop and have them look at it.

You should avoid unnecessary driving until it'd fixed. At best, you could damage the tire.
