Thanks for the comments guys. For the questions
1. H&R Make sway bars. I think I will try them in the spring along with the HR coilovers
2. Air bag was surprisingly easy. Need an R8/TTS/RS6 steering wheel and sirbag( must be an airbag from one of those cars with multi function- an A8 airbag, while round, does not fit ( ask me how I know). For install, Simply swapped the harnesses from the stock aibag. Had to make a "y" connector for the grounds, and changed the spade connector on the horn lead, and that's it. 20 mins tops. You also need a T55 torx bit to get the wheel nut off.

EDIT: do the shift paddles come with the steering wheel or are they secured to the steering column? If it is not a huge effort i was thinking of installing paddle shifters if i install a new steering wheel ...

Paddles come on the wheel. Though if you did not have paddles on your stock wheel, I think some VAGCOM coding might be required.

Ideally, your wheels will match up to exactly were your fenders are. The size of spacers will vary with the offset of the wheels you have on. If you have the right aftermarket wheels, then no spacers are necessary. For OE Audi wheels, 15mm are always a safe bet that brings about good visual results.

For whats its worth, i went with 10mm upfront and 20mm in the rear. My mechanic had said a couple of guys with 15mm upfront had noticed a slight vibration. In retrospect, I suspect that either there wasn't really a vibration problem or it was caused by something else since DVTT has 15mm upfront and (I assume) has had no issues.
