Hello, sorry to resurrect but the thread just stopped. I am having similar issues to the previous guy.

P2070 and P2404
No vacuum leak anywhere... I’ve checked with a vacuum pump.
Taken the upper plenum off and the flaps seem to be on the correct side of the divider

How can you tell if it’s a failed actuator? Do I pull a vacuum with a pump directly to the line with the actuator? What am I looking for to tell me either it’s good or not?

I went out and watched the flaps as I applied vacuum. They both seem to be working without binding. They both start opening around 7in.Hg of vacuum and are completely open around 14in.Hg of vacuum. Again, I have checked every line I can find for vacuum leaks by applying a vacuum and watching for any drop; there is no drop in any of the lines. Could there be something wrong with the Intake Manifold Tuning (IMT) Valve Position Sensor?
