I would have kept the lips silver and the center black.

I wanted to go with that, but every other ricer-honda around town has black wheels with silver lips. I kinda like the all black look, specially at night

I was thinking about black rims with a chrome lip but I think that look might be outdated...

as long as you like it thats all that matters

I don't think Asian imports have that look patented.
I like them but can understand y others might not...it adds to sport but takes away from class
A black is a must to keep clean and now w these wheels it's a higher must plus keep the tires polished
Nothing worse then black wheels with gray dirty tires

I am not a big fan of black wheels on a black car - personally I think these would have looked better on a white car. But hey, if you like them - thats all that matters.

Man may be you can help me out an advice. I got a set of 19s. They are from my previous car and I really don't have the money right now for a set of new wheels for my 08 A6. The 19s I got are chrome which will look stupid on white car. Is it possible to powder coat my chrome wheels to have a white finish? Will I need to sandblast the chrome off? I don't know anything about it and just need some advice. Thanks

Yup, sandblast + powdercoat.

Acid also removes chrome
