Default raj99, where did you get your trans filter and seals?

Thanks for the link on the Lifeguard 8. Confirmed with Audi that is what is in my car. Just curious where you got your filter and seal kit from?

I got the filter and seal from http://www.usautoparts.net/ since I had a credit with them and wanted to use it up. Normally I used http://genuineaudiparts.com/

But in this case usautoparts came through great and they delivered the supplies quickly and more importantly, correctly to me door.

Default transmission pan question on 2005 A6 C6

I see one or two bolts on the pan that have limited access. Did you have
any problems taking all the bolts off the pan? any tricks??

I assumed that you would have removed the cross-beam that covers part of the tranny fluid pan. If you do that first, none of the bolts will have any access issues. It was VERY easy to remove the beam BTW.

I did get the pan and gasket and ZF Lifeguard 6 fluid
will do it soon
