Rear distance sensors...how to

I was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the rear parktronic sensors from the bumper. I need to replace one according to the VAG.

You may remove with or wothout removing the bumper cover (easier if you remove the cover). From the inside, you need to remove the electrical connector, then release the two retainers on each side of the sensor and push from the outside to the inside (from Bentley Repair Manual).

Actually I think its easier to take the valance (5 or so screws) underneath and then it just pops right out. You can then reach under and undo the clips. Thanks for the help though!
