I did the unthinkable and put Michelin pilot all seasons in 255 40 19 on my s6. I couldnt be happier. I suffered a small amount in the handling department , you notice when you really push it, but the higher sidewall makes the ride quality night and day. I was completely shocked t the difference. One other plus is that the tires are bigger and it puts the speedometer dead on vs. The usual Audi 5 percent error on the low side. Just something to think about. Here in Atlanta, the ride on summer tires in the winter is awful. Bone jarring. I will never go back to summer tires. Not worth it, the pilots are awesome tires and have great grip in wet, dry, whatever.

I just put on the ContiSportContact 5P (265/35ZR19 XL) and have about 1,500 miles on them. they are absolutely fantastic and I think they be better than the PS2s I had before (and, at ~$360 / tire, about $65 less per corner than the PS2).
I have not tried them on the track yet but wet and dry grip have been very, very good in some post-break in spirited driving thus far.
