Sunroof drain holes is most likely the problem.

Thanks, I searched and found
The settlement also mentions the plenum drainage. Does anyone have a pic of that? The car is not due for its next maintenance till december, I'd like to take care of this myself if possible, I am quite handy.

It took several trips to the dealer before they finally sorted my drain issues. I've been fighting with them to replace my headliner as there are visible water stains on both driver and passenger sides. No luck yet and am planning on raising it to Audi USA soon.

Default I don't see a drainage hole

Where is it? Does anyone have a pic of it?
There are no water stains on the headliner. Only the carpet on the floor was wet.

Probably an issue with the sunroof drains. I had a problem with exactly the same result - soaked floor mats, and it was due to a cracked drain in the drivers pillar. I didn't have any noticeable signs on the roof or pillar that a leak had happened

Hmm, cracked drain? That sounds either like a defect from the factory or a botched cleaning job by the dealer. How else does a drain break? It doesn't have any moving parts and it's not under any pressure. Anyway, I found the hole, tried to snake some PVC tubing I had through it, it went in 2-3 feet and then it wouldn't go any further. When I pulled the tubing out, the end that I had snaked in was wet.I then put my 100 psi compressor up to the hole and blew air in it but it just sounded like the air was escaping after it got through the hole. If the air is escaping does that mean that the drain is broken like yours? What did it take to repair it?

Thx
