Soooo after retightening the passenger side rack bolt only to have it loosen up again after a couple months, I decided to remove it today to add some thread lock to it. Without removing the coolant valve unit above it and kinda just pushing it outta the way with a extension on a ratchet, I cross threaded the first couple of threads in the rack. Im gonna attempt to rethread it before I pull the whole damn thing out (insert any choice curse words you want). My question is does anyone know the thread pitch? The bolt is an M12x58, i'm about to buy a thread pitch gauge but maybe just maybe someone has this info and they're just dying to use it finally.
