Is there a difference between the Q7 4.2 and A6 4.2 engine?

Is there a difference between the Q7 4.2 and A6 4.2 engine?

It is not a big increase but the Q7 had 5 more horsepower. Just wondering if it is a simple tweek we can make on our 4.2's?
