Okay. Here it is:

We have all the neccessary hardware on our US spec cars so I don't why not make this info available though MMI as it should take simple software update. Anyways, temperature, sensor position, pressure, battery life (in months) are displayed.

No problem. Again though AFAIK we do not have all the necessary hardware in the US spec cars. We are missing the multiple receivers/antenna like the A8 or euro spec cars have in/near each wheel well. That is how it determines position. Anything related to position information in the VCDS should be simply a label so you know you are looking at the next sensor. It would have been better labeled like sensor1, sensor2... Although I would assume it is possible, if you have not rotated your tires, then the labels would appear initially correct. Other than through VCDS, how to display that info is another story.
