Hi everyone.

I just wanted to know some 3 answers about windscreen wipers.

1. Is it possible to pull up windscreen wiper from the glass? For example passengers side wiper in my A6 cant be pulled up,because cars bonet does not allow to do that.
2. How can i easily take of windscreen wipers. I have tried some times,but i could not do that. I know that from the both sides there are small push buttons,i press them but nothing happens.
3. In MMI---> CAR there is one position about Windscreen wipers. What happens,when it is switched "On", and what - if it switched "OFF".

First, you have to use the MMI and set it to "ON" position. That will raise the blade arms off the hood so you can easily take the blades off. Otherwise, you will end up chipping the paint of your hood.

I just replaced them last month but I foget the exact procedure. It's pretty easy though. Let me know if you have issues and I'll recheck and provide you with a detailed description.

Here is a real quick phone camera shot.

1) Through MMI, turn Windows Wiper "ON". This will raise the wiper arms half way on your windshield so you can fold it out

2) Once folded out, squeeze the tabs (white arrow) on BOTH sides while pulling the blades up (blue arrow).

3) Install the new blades in reverse order except you don't need to squeeze the tabs (white arrow). It will simply click in.

The other blade is exactly the same including the length.
