winter tires/rims from S4 to A6?

Does anyone know if the winter tires (17") from an S4 (2004/2005) would fit a 2005 A6? The clearance shouldn't be an issue, but is the bolt pattern different?

I'm using the B6 S4 Avus 17" rims on my A6. No problem with the rims

but you need larger diameter tires.
