i have a 2012 a7 with 70000km on it
it was driving fine but lately on the highway I was driving about 170kmh??? then the epc light came on giving me a 4000rpm limit
but as soon as i turn the car off the light goes off so I tested it a few times to see if it happens again and I think the light keeps coming on when Im giving the car 4000~5000rpms
i scanned the car with a tool

it gives me this I think its something to do with the oil pressure switch but when i show this to my local shops they're saying they dont know or the car is supposed to do that when you are going that fast LOL ( Is this true?? )


I know my car didnt do this before so should i try switching out the 2 oil pressure sensors ??

Oil pressure switch is at the back of the engine near the top and a pain to get at. You have to reach in by feel and find the switch and disconnect the plug. 24mm deepwell socket and a short handle ratchet to remove. Might need a short maybe 3 inch extension. Maybe 15 minute job once you get the clip undone. Is less than $20 USD
