2016 A7 - Rattle noise from front left at very low speeds
#13
No one willing to confirm if this was the same sound they were hearing? Haven't seen anyone else document it.
Update:think I pinpointed the source. It's seems to be coming from the panel right below the steering wheel. Thinking maybe one of the electrical chords is jiggling around. Not sure why it's so inconsistent if it is though. Anyway, I'm headed out of town so I'll be taking the car in when I get back into town. Still would like to know wether y'all were hearing the same sound though.

Never got any responses on here which is a bit dissapointing. None the less, as mentioned, I pinpointed the location of my rattle (lower steering column). Finally in town long enough to take it in to the dealer so I'll be having it addressed next week.

Bad news bears. Made my way to audi to pick up my car thinking they had adreessed the rattle. No dice. Didn't get but 2 blocks away and it started again. I was told they taped all edges to address the problem and had driven it to ensure it had been addressed but I guess it's just my luck. My original assumption was and still is that there's some wiring in the lower steering column that's bouncing around and tapping at the plastic. Service tech now assumes so too. Hoping they take care of it once and for all.
