A7 back absorbers problem

A7 back absorbers problem
Hello,
I have an 2011 Audi A7 130k km and a one week ago when I've changed my brake pads I noticed some oil flowing from my back absorbers. The person from the audi service told me that I need to change them in a short time, but they charge me somewhere around 2000 euro in total, for 2 absorbers and for the service. I think it's pretty high, do you know any other solutions? where I can order them by myself, for example? And how urgent is to change them? Can i drive the car for another 1000 km?
