A7 TDI Transmission
Hello all,
I purchased a used 2014 A7 TDI a little over a year ago. Since then, I have noticed the shifting is a little harsh when accelerating. Downshifting, im having no problems. But when i gently cruise in the city, it seems like its trying to shift to fast maybe? Like its trying to force itself to shift. But when i accelerate hard it shifts smoothly and correctly. Same with if i use the cruise control. I can have it set to 30-50 MPH and coming from a complete stop, to activating cruise, it shifts perfectly from 1st-2nd-3rd-4th-5th-6th-7th. I did just read this article https://www.msn.com/en-us/autos/owne...TUc?li=BBnb4R5. It got me thinking about if it could be any of the sensors they're talking about in bullet #1.
I am not car savvy by any means. Just was curious as to anyone's thought on this.
Thanks.
