I haven't heard any rattles from the hoses. One is the fuel line to the high-pressure pump that was replaced and the other appears to be a return to the tank.

Mine looks just like that also. No rattles I've heard. Just the sweet whine of the supercharger.

Very nice, guys. Now I just have to decide to go with either polished or wrinkled black.

Another question for those that have installed the intake. Is it necessary to secure the intake tube using the bracket? I have seen some people didn't even bother to use the bracket which is supposed to be secured to the chassis. Thanks.

I installed it using the bracket. I figured I didn't want the chance of it rattling.

Just installed the intake. Car has only about 29000 miles and the filter was filthy. Just look at how much debris there was inside the box. Another thing to point out is that the bracket orientation is completely wrong. I did not use the bracket as it will not allow flush fitting of the rubber hose at the throttle body end. See the photo above that shows how far the bracket is from the body of the car (I didn't take the photo of the enclosed rubber bushing adapter on the car). Anyway, with everything all tightened down, there isn't any movement from the intake at all.

so I have APR stage 1 and I installed Injen intake. The story I got from a very reputable shop is the original APR intake was open I believe, they’re releasing an enclosed one in the near future. I, also, kept the stock air box with the Injen. Stage 2 requires the pulley replacement (might as well do both) or at least its strongly recommended
