Unfortunately NO. Perhaps MY 2013 will have it as an option.

So the options I would like to see in the US cars but are not currently available are the following. I guess when the S7 comes out this might be possible ? That is getting released next year right.

Options

1. Air suspension
2. UV and Noise Glass
3. Soft Close doors

Interior

Piano Black Inlays
Perl White Interior

There are many more options not available this year for the U.S versions. You can see a full listing of the option available in Europe by going to Audi UK's website and downloading the pdf copy of their A7 brochure. A couple of more significant ones missing for the U.S. are the active lane assist and the self-parking option.

It's anybody's guess why Audi would limit the U.S. market (the one they say they want to grow) with a few expensive packages and a small handful of standalone options. Meanwhile, the Europeans get to choose from the full line of option packages and standalone options.

Maybe if we're "lucky" here, next year's model will have a few more options available. I'm waiting to see what we get (and aren't allowed to order) on the A6 when it's released here in late summer.

Makes you wonder why BMW would give its U.S. customers so many more options for their new 5 series but Audi limits us.

Wonder if you can custom order these options, BMW lets you do it.

I think since this is a first year car, and new series. Audi wanted to keep the options and packages to a minimum so customer complaints or warranty issues also would be low. Once they iron out any kinks or problems in Europe for some of the these feature we might start seeing them.

I think the available option list will be going up in the next two years.

Also BMW NA's new direction is to give the customers more power to customize their cars. This helps BMW by having to maintain less inventory, if majority of the new customers are ordering their cars. Overall BMW NA's new direction is customize customize customize. Lot of their ads's their website all want the customers to do this.

Sounds like your option list makes you a better candidate for an A8 than and A7?

Also, when Audi produces their S7, history does not indicate that they would add soft close doors, air suspensions, noise quieting glass and pearl white interiors to make it a sports variant of the vehicle.

You'll likely see Carbon/Aluminum inlays, sports rear diff, 4.0 TFSI V8 (420?? hp), some contrasting stitching/leather options and sport seats.

If this is BMW's direction, then Audi would do well to follow them. Apparently BMW isn't afraid of the complaints or warranty issues with options. I don't really see why Audi should be, either. After all, the A8/A8L comes to the U.S. with virtually the same options as available in Europe. Why should the A7 or the new A6 be different? My guess is the new A6 will also be lacking the availability of option like the A7.
