Cig Lighter issue
Hello guys!!
hope you all are well. I recently got my audi a7 2012 and i’ve found out that my cigarette lighters don’t work . All 4 of them one in the front 2 back & 1 in the trunk.
i have changed and swapped out the two socket 20v fuses in the trunk but still no luck
any suggestion what should i do?

As they are on different fuses, my suspicion is that the item you are plugging in isn't making proper contact. Some of the plugs have a center pin that is a tad too short, so even though it is plugged in it doesn't make contact.

Check with a voltmeter at each socket if there is power coming to them, they all should have 12V.

all of the fuses are okay. Checked from the voltmeter but if i check the lighter socket from the voltmeter it shows 0 or 1v nothing more than it.

thank you for the link apparently they all look fine. No such signs
is there any relay or any other fuse which might be linked to this? I’m assuming there’s some sort of power break because they all don’t work
