So i ordered an awe exhaust for my 2014 a7. After over a month of waiting i FINALLY get a tracking # so i set up appointment wit my exhaust shop for installation. Sure enuff i open package and numerous missing bolts. Needless to say i have to cancel my appt and call awe for missing parts. This wasnt a cheap system so i would think they double check before they sent. Who knows how long til they send, thinkn of just sending everything back for a refund and goin with another company cause awe surely disappointed me

The AWE exhaust is an awesome looking and sounding piece of kit. I have the quad with polished tips on my A7, and it looks and sounds great. If you send it back for lack of a $1 bolt, your mad.

I think you may just have been unlucky, I had mine shipped to UK and had it AWE dealer installed with no issues. Their customer service is really good as well. I emailed them a question and had an answer back in less than a day.

I have one issue. If you don't clean and polish the tips regularly, they look awful on the inside. Didn't do mine for a month during the winter, and now can't get them clean :/

For the few times I've had to bring in my car for something, I've gotten complement after complement about my black tipped quad awe system from all the service people. Took about 10k miles for engine blow out no longer covered my rear quarter panels. I couldn't be happier with the way it sounds.

We encourage our dealers to keep inventory to prevent lead times. Every system we make is built to order, taking on average 2-4 weeks. If a dealer does not have a system, we do our best to produce it just for you in a timely manner. I do sincerely apologize about the missing bolts, we will make it right for you.
