Dynamic Headlights

Hello all,

Can anyone answer, how to know excatly that Headlights is with dynamic function? is there somewhere written or.. ?
Because, I want to buy Headlights for 2012 A7, Bixenon, and there is option to buy with or without Dynamic, so how to know if a headlight has a dynamic functiion?

I actually think the xenon lights might be dynamic, don't think the matrix dynamic lights exist on A7
The standard led lights are not dynamic

on my c6 I can test them with VCDS. Once I got the lenses cleared, I could actually see them working at just above 5 mph
