Gear Issue

Hello guys! Hope you all are doing great

I bought an A7 recently 2012. 3.0T and got myself into this issue. Can anyone help me with this if they have had this issue before?

The gear shifts fine most of the times but if the error comes they do shift weirdly or get stuck and does not shifts but as soon as i shut off and restart the car it shifts fine then.

please let me know. Really worried

When was the last time the transmission was serviced? It could be as simple as a flush and fluid change.....

I just bought the car so no idea about the fluid yet. Im getting consistently that code i showed above so far ive learned the valve goes bad which is nearby driver side beneath the car? Should i check that?

because yesterday i was at a drive through i stopped the car to place my order then the car wouldn’t move got a transmission error as well as reverse gear not available but it went in 2/3 seconds then i shut off the car and restart it. As soon as the car started it jerked a little but then i could drive it so it kinda seems like something electric is not right? Let me know your opinion

because i assume if something is broken or a clutch or something it should drive harsh all the time regardless of restarting the car. If the code does not comes the car drives fine gear shifts fine
