Google Maps or Standard?

Which map view do you use? Is Google maps a step forward in navigation or is it a gimmic that you stop using after the first week? Do you lose POIs being displayed when you use Google maps?

I'm using Google while it's free... Afterwards, I'll continue w/ the standard - As it is just a gimmick, a cool one BTW
