Keyless Entry Not Working

The keyless entry isn't working, I have to unlock the doors and trunk by using the key fob. When I get out I am able to lock the car by pushing the thingy on the handle. It's not a big deal but I like the keyless entry. The batteries are only a few months old. Any other solutions??

Yes both fobs aren't working. The keyless entry will work if the car is locked for approximately 5 mins or less but any longer then that it will not work.

The computer system/MMI etc. is powered and still running most functions for about 5 minutes after you shut the car down, it then turns most functions off. One of the functions that supposed to stay on indefinitely is the keyless entry sensing. Looks like it turns off in your case. Reloading the software should cure it.
