Default Looking to trade your Walnut Trim for Ash Trim?

I know a lot of people like the natural ash as they say it looks more high end. We just purchased a 2015 A7 Prestige with less than 9000 miles on it. The wife like the shiny Walnut more. Anyone interested in a straight across trade, our
Ash for your Walnut? Also, know of anybody that does this type of work. We will be bringing the car from Chicago to Utah and could drop it somewhere along the way. Let me know. Thanks!

Intersting idea. I have a 2016 a7 immaculate walnut. You have pics? I'm in Calif but Utah is always nice to visit or come to San Diego!

I should have some pics in a week or so. These Ash inlays are pretty much factory new... perfect condition. Road trips are fun in an A7

Have you thought of clear coating the ash? You could try some clear vinyl to see what it looks like

You could always simply wrap the interior in a color/finish that you liked, as I did for this guy's A7:

That's an interesting idea. Has anybody on this forum tried clearcoat? Curious how it turned out.

What was the cost to do this?
