MMI Problems

MMI Problems
For the past 2-3 weeks have been having with MMI freezing. It'' be completely frozen (even screen is stuck in raised position, the next time I start the car it'll work OK for awhile). Has anyone had that experience, and if so, how was it fixed?

What MMI software version do you have? IIRC, for C7 2012's MMI version 0467/0487 (or possibly 0566) included a software fix for this. If that's not right, in any case, I did read that others who experienced this issue were able to have it resolved by the dealer.

So you have a 2012 model. Your dealer should be able to provide the fix under warranty. While you're there, see if they would be willing to update your MMI software to 0566. You'll pick up a couple of additional features like Google Street View and some optimization of the MMI including HD radio improvement as I recall.
