Hi Again

So have a 2016 new to me and was having trouble with the Press the button on steering column NAV and saying a destination command. I would hold done the "button until I heard the beep and would say address. System would repeat my address and say ok now navigating to that address. Then the MMI screen goes to navigation general screen and that's it...however my iPhone starts doing the navigating but no audible turn commands. Finally called 1-800 Save My *** Audi customer service line, took a while but nice and found out the following. To use Audi's voice navigation system one needs to press same wheel talk navigation button once rather quickly and say the address commands. If you hold the same button down till you hear the beep 2-3 secs than the system for some reason which I'm sure is really smart defaults to your phones nav system. And who knows why the voice prompts can't be heard. Anyway not sure if anyone has had this problem or really cares but it makes my driving even better if that's possible.
