Regretting A7 purchase?
Seeing all the goodies Audi kept from its US A7 market kind of puts me in a sour place – I’ve been regretting my purchase more and more lately. I originally intended on trading up to the S7 next year, but I’ll more than likely go w/ a used CLS63. I’m whining again, but c’mon Audi… $75K and you hold out?! Live and learn. :/

I'm sure our European and Canadian friends can share many similar stories of U.S. based products that were/are different than those available to them, if available at all. It's a relative thing. You got a feature rich car. Personally I'm happy with what I purchased and the price I pay for fuel vs. what Europeans have to pay.

I understand the feeling, just asking for the same features that the Europeans are getting, just the options.

I happen to agree with you, however, with the 2013 it does seem like Audi is a bit better. With the S7, you can now get the nicer seats from the A8 (or the diamond stitched ones), and Lane Assist. For the A6 in 2013 you can now get the rear sunshades and power trunk which weren't on the options list in 2012...

The CLS550 has an adjustable air suspension/soft-close doors and trunk/Lane assist/articulating seats etc... Not sure what the Euro spec entails, but I can't imagine it being too far off.

Before purchasing my A7, I looked into the CLS550, and for a comparable equipped CLS550 to the A7 w/ Prestige, Innovation & Cold weather package, the CLS550 was $12-15K more ... apple & orange?
