Advice needed
Luckily I brought the car in right before the 12 month certified warranty expired.
Is this still going on? I had a two similar problems with dealerships (not Audi) and I didn't stop until I got some satisfaction. I
got it within a few days.
I'm relatively new to Audi. I'd start with the dealership owner or manager. But see if there is a zone office, or district office for Audi that you could talk to.
You could also file a complaint with your state agency of the Consumer Protection Agency.

I certainly wouldn't sit on this. We pay too much money for these cars to put up with this
