right side fog light grill either fell off or was stolen how do I replace it?

right side fog light grill either fell off or was stolen how do I replace it?
Looks like it is a simple as sticking the two outboard tabs in slots in bumper cover and rotating in and two clips pop into place am I right??
There was a bit of plastic stuck in where the inboard clip inserts, pushed it a bit it fell clear. Are there any tricks or things to worry about
