99 A8 Facelift?

Can anyone tell me what would need to be changed besides the bumper cover to use the 2000 up one piece headlights in a 1999 A8? I am considering buying a pair and am in need of a bumper cover anyway. Thanks in advance for any help

I believe that the front fender cutouts are different- likely not worth it.....
