How much would the dealer charge to replace a 97 a8 tranny? and where can i get a good reman tranny for a good price? so far i've found one for $5600 with 2 years unlimited mile warranty- remanufactured.

I've been able to find a ZF rebuilt unit----rebuilt by ZF for $4500. but I will try the number given to see if i can get it cheaper
