Ahrggg... pinch bolts for the upper ball joints... who designed these???

Great trick. It's done now - but I wish I'd seen this last weekend...

Ah well, I'm sure there are more stuck bolts in my future.

The first one, I cut a slit in the top of the casting that went through to the bolt...

That allowed PB Blaster to soak in to the middle on the bolt overnight. Then I was able to hammer it out (the nut came off OK, but the bolt head had also sheared off).

I had a shop do the second one today and install the last 2 arms. They used lots 'o'heat I hear. Luckily I have a great import shop near my house.
