UPDATE #2:
I went to fix my vacuum leak today and couldn't reach it. The leak is from a gasket to the throttle body. The throttle body gasket is shared with the breather line for the PCV valve. This leak was present before but I think that this is the biggest cause to my problem. When I spray CCR Cleaner on the break it revs up and stabilizes for a few seconds. I pulled the throttle body off to check the gasket and the break in the gasket is a 1/4"x1/2" split between the PCV and Throttle Body causing them to have a mixture. I cleaned all of the surfaces and now I just have to wait on a new gasket. If there wasn't a break in it I would have reused it since it is metal but I dont want to take that chance now. The gasket will take 2 weeks to get here so I will update as soon as I can. I will be putting my new spark plugs in tonight and then all that I am waiting on will be the gasket. Thanks for the help everyone!

FINAL UPDATE:
Thank you to everyone that helped. My Audi is officially back up and running. Drove it around a bit just now and she runs better than ever. Idle rpms are lower due to the vacuum leak being gone. No longer have to take my wifes camry to work lol.
