Still being decided in WA, but will still apply to furs, boats, helicopters, planes, and cars

I believe it will be 5% of the amount over $39K. Said amount will be after discounts, but before any trade-ins, sales and license taxes/fees.

It will be 5% of amount over $38K (not 39)

4% on 01/01/01
3% on 01/02/02
0% as of 01/01/03
