How do I adjust?

Default Adjustment screws on the top of the headlight housing. One adjusts up/down.....

Default

I keep my RH light higher than the left, better light forward without glare for oncoming traffic.

Default I'm sure the bentley has a procedure for proper adjustment. You should definately

do it by the book as the xenons can be very blinding to oncoming traffic.

Default That's pretty much how you aim headlights

They don't both go to the exact same place, one is usually aimed slightly higher than the other.

Default Hmmm...maybe you could compensate for your weight as well.

When you are sitting in the car the driver's side would of course always be lower.

Default Thanks for all the input. In my car it was extremely noticeable.

There was a big difference. I had not noticed this before due to the dirty lenses inside and outside before polishing.
My bulbs were not the same upon cleaning my lenses I noticed that the hue was different.
I ordered HIDs 8,000 for both sides and upon replacing, all the differences came to light, no pun intended.
