This might have something to do with the tips as well...they can really affect the exhaust note in my experience.
I had 18x5x8 oval bodied ones. I was SOOOO disappointed because I had high hopes. A friend who had a Mustang had a set of "Pypes" stainless mufflers, chambered, and it sounds excellent now, like the AMG V8 sound, but I'd actually liken it to the brand new Coyote 5.0 that Ford has now.

No, you or a shop will have to modify. The couple aftermarket options that do exist are horrid.

Horrid option: $911+shipping+paint
http://www.lltek.com/KFEtek_A8.htm

Way less horrid option: $644+shipping+paint
http://www.lltek.com/hfl_a8_d2.htm

...but $644 for unpainted part alone, +$150ish shipping. I contacted them thru email...a week later they replied and said part had to be painted unlike factory valance. Not worth it IMO...it'd be around $1100 painted and shipped. Get a good hotknife and modify your own, carefully.

I have a quote from auth distrib in Germany for RDHS111 for 214 euros or $275 USD.
Inbox me if you want their info.

You would still have to pay shipping still.

I decided not to go duals after reading enough on various boards to see its not worth the time and money. IMHO you don't get big enough HP gain and if you just want sound change you can play with muffler and tips.

Good luck.

That looks really clean. How did you do it? Is that some sort of wrap that covers up where tow hook cover has to be trimmed?
