There's a long Word document posted here that contains the info: vag-codes.info/files/options/vag-option-codes.docx

it seems to take a long time to open. Not sure how secure it might be, but more contemporary info compared to some of the other websites offering the same.

Don't know about the second question. Does the PR code label contain everything fitted to the car?
