Default Denso Iridium spark plugs - do I need to gap them?

Got the Denso Iridium spark plugs. Planing on doing a valve cover gasket job tomorrow and the plugs. Do I need to gap the Iridiums? If so what is the gap (dont have the Bently yet).
What about an antiseize compound on the plugs, I have this copper high temp stuff.
Thanks
Britt

I always gap them, or at least check them. The answer is somewhere in the search engine on audiworld
