Driver's heated seat worked......Sort of.
My heated seat or steering wheel has not worked since I bought the car. The other day I turned it up to 6 just to see if anything would happen. To my amazement it worked. (Just the seat) Next time I drove the car, nothing. Come to find out it works about 20% of the time. If it starts to work when I start the car, it will continue until I turn the car off. It never starts or stops in the middle of a drive. Could this maybe narrow it down to the switch being the problem and not the coils? Does anyone else experience this?

There is a switch in she seat that detects if someone is sitting in the seat......
that needs to be activated for the heated seat to turn on. Perhaps this switch is faulty? And yes, the heated steering wheels seem to die young :-(
