Default Drivers Window

I have noticed that my drivers side window "jumps" halfway down, meaning it doesnt slide down smoothly all the way. Half way it makes a noise and you can feel the sudden shake and then it continues to the bottom normally. Anyone else have this problem? I wonder if the window tint that was on the car caused this problem. I am thinking of bringing this up with the dealer to cover it as a defect. Should I?

Default Don't have this, but...both front windows make a 'clicking' noise halfway.

Since its on both windows, the dealer expertly concluded it must be nothing!

Default Take a look at this thread. I'm not sure if this is "your" problem, but it's worth a try.

Yep, mine does this too. I can even see scuff marks on the black piece where it hits

I found this out in the morning when I was removing the window tint on the front windows and then was lubing the channels. I ended up trimming off some of the rubber from the molding to allow the round metal piece on the glass to pass without dragging the rubber with it that then causes the clicking sound. I just hope I dont cause wind noise at highway speeds.
