Fix for steering shaft adjustment-
As people are test driving my car a couple of small things have reared their head
1st the glove box was sticky-see below post-all fixed
2nd a pulse in the pedal -turned out to be rear rotor warped-now fixed
3rd the adjustment for the steering shaft would telescope but not move vertically.
I removed the under dash panel and air bag s/wheel and trim-tried replacing the switch-no change so lubed the gear shaft that turns on the little motor attached to the shaft [there are two one for each movement and by putting your hand on them you can work out which 9is for which function.
After a little tweak to start the gear moving all is good.
Now the only thing not working on my car is the electric antenna and I don't care.
