I have been to 3 different pumps to fill up my car over the last month. Each time when i filled my car up the pump never cut off and gas overflowed from my car. The first time was horrible since I wasn't expecting it to happen, the second and third time it was just a little bit but enough to be concerned. I was wondering if any of you have had this problem? I feel its something wrong with the car not the station, and ideas?

Has happened to me but only when I reset the pump after it stopped.

It has nothing to do with your car, only the pump handle. Notify the station owner and if its not fixed, you local or state environmental protection agency or local fire marshal, both of which have a keen interest in this crucial device.

If it won't shut off automatically, it won't do it manually either.
