This should have sounded familiar to me, but is kind of a rare occurrence ( in my personal experience )....check out this link about an unexplained timing belt "jump" that produced a lot of the same codes.

PS Ignore most of my comments there...it was a learning experience for me, but apparently didn't stick

It could indeed explain most of your codes and misfiring.

Sorry I didn't think of this first....live and learn MORE...maybe.

In later threads on the same forum, all this was explained by timing belt jump and all corrected with proper timing re-indexeding.
