How many of us use the A8/S8 as our daily drive???

I drive it everyday! 70 miles roundtrip for work plus weekend errands.
I have had the car for a little over a year and love it to death. Except for minor repairs for leaks, t-stat, control arms etc... It has never let me down in the 26,000+ miles I have put it on it.

Daily here...
...too bad it's only to/from the commuter rail station. As much as I love my S8, I hate sitting in traffic going in and out of downtown Boston.
Always stretch it's legs on the weekends, although I can't resist the occasional drive in the wife's V8 Touareg.

Daily driver, 300 to 500 miles per week expected this summer
My 2002 A8L is the ultimate daily driver. The huge trunk allows me to pack a lot of stuff for our weekends in the country. Plus the window shades and music allow my seven year old to snooze in comfort on the longer trips.

Yup...70 miles round trip plus my rediculous weekend trips afar....the ol' girl is up past 200k and
soon....maybe let go! Due to unfortunate turn of events to the ol' girl lately. It seems a better deal for me is something newer.

Well I work at home a lot, so I don't drive it daily, but 40K miles in 2 years still might qualify..
I run a lot of long trips.
Home base is Alabama these days.
Texas for beer.(good colorado beer, Fat Tire and Sunshine)
Oshkosh for airplanes.
Texas for more beer and wifes 10 year HS reunion.
Colorado for work.
Colorado for work and more beer.
Did you guys know you can get about 9 kegs of beer in an A8 if it wasnt for the speakers sticking down from the rear deck? 5 in the trunk, 3 in the back seat and 1 in the front.
you can get about 15 cases of fireworks too, depending on what you buy.

Daily, 3.8 miles round trip. I alternate between my 97 and 03L
I know it's torture on my cats, but i try to make up for it by taking summertime road trips to the indy 500, formula one , mid-ohio etc. unfortunately I'm selling the 03 just because it's overkill for the amount of driving that i do
