How many of you A8 owners are previous Audi owners
What did you guys drive before you got your 04 A8L or your D2 A8/S8. I just want to see how many people were attracted from other brand and how many were repeat buyers

I had an '00 A6 4.2 from '00 to '02, then was out of the sedan world for a while just driving my GMC HT 4x4 for a year. I couldn't stay away, especially with the new A8L. I'm hoping I can keep this one through the lease without springing for a W12 or something. My only other VWAg automobile was my first one - a '75 Rabbit.

(95 MB320 - didn't like that year's V8)
BTW, kids have 98 A4 2.8 and 01 A4 3.0
Final note: my 01 lease is up in Feb and considering down-sizing to A4. Thoughts?
