I am considering purchasing a 2001 S8 w/94,000mi. ANY CONCERNS to worry about??

The Vehicle is a 2001 S8 and has 94,000mi on the 360hp engine. It is located in the St. Louis, MO area and I am thinking of pulling trigger real soon. Are there any issues with this year S8 ... recalls to worry about ... this is kinda high mileage. I thought I had read something about transmission problems, but I haven't been on the forum lately or done a whole lot of research on the A8/S8 vehicle for that matter?! Currently own a 2001 A6 2.8 and want to give that to my daughter and I will drive this for a while. I drive 180mi a day round trip to work. All highway miles, of course, so wondering how this baby would treat me?? I value this forum and all you good folks opinions, so thank you in advance to anyone taking the time to respond and help me out!
Best Regards,
Chris

For that high mileage/day, why not buy a Lexus LS400, for instance?
The big Audis are not the cheapest to run at high mileage, unless you can fix things yourself. What's the price you're considering that S8 at?

Most obvious concern is the hit/repaint of the left side (notice driver door color)
I'd keep looking to find one without paint or body work. There are enough of them out there now, with similar miles at good prices, that you can find one without that type of problem in the past.

Never looked at the Lexus LS400. The price is $19K, which I think is about 'right'? What do you think? Thanks.

CARFAX is not that trustworthy .. correct???? Dealer 'says' CARFAX is clean.
