Just fitted 255/45/18 tires to my S8
I just had 255/45/18 BF Goodrich G-Force KDW tires fitted to my S8 with the stock S8 Avus and can report absolutley no clearance issues.
Tires are nice and quiet with an aggressive and unique tread pattern... plus the extra width is both visually and dynamically appealing.

Re: nice are those the kdw's (kdw2) with the block tread? if so keep us posted
FYI I had the kdw2 tires on my TT 225. Started off OK at best, but after 10k miles the noise was AWFUL. By far the noisiest tires I have owned.
